What the lady actually said was "Let them eat brioche." Neither too rich nor too sweet, ours is a soft, buttery classic. Available as loaves, rolls, or topknots subtly flavored with orange peel

Always the measure of a baker's craftsmanship, baguettes are perfect in their simplicity

Cherry Focaccia

A flatbread packed with dried sour cherries and golden raisins, then sprinkled with sliced almonds and turbinado sugar

Chocolate Bread

Ciabatta

We mix a very wet dough and cut it by hand to achieve a light and lacy interior

Versatile breads for restaurant or retail. Chocolate roundels and buns come baked in peel-off paper panettone molds. Chocolate buns are sold by the dozen. Sciaccata d'uva is a focaccia layered with roasted red grapes and sprinkled with anise and fresh rosemary

Sandwich Rolls & Panini

For sandwiches with a top crust, whether tender or crusty. These rolls are great pressed in a panini grill. Sold (unsliced) by the dozen

Dinner Rolls

Individual-sized rolls, either crusty or tender, for bread baskets, banquets, or retail sale. Sold by the half dozen
